Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of one (1) year of manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Must have the ability to work any shift.
• Must be able to safely lift 130 lbs. repetitively with a partner.
• Must be able to stand on hard surfaces for up to 12 hours.
• Must be able to work in extreme temperatures (both hot and cold).

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety protocols and lead by example.
• Maintain department housekeeping standards.
• Have complete understanding of company quality and tolerance standards.
• Maintain acceptable levels of internal scrap (less than 1.5%).
• Maintain acceptable level of customer returns (less than 0.5%).
• Complete all daily safety and process check sheets.
• Ensure priority batches are communicated to the crane operator.
