About The Position

Well established precision sheet metal manufacturer is now accepting applications for 1st and 2nd shift press brake operators. This is an opportunity for the right person to join a dynamic team focusing on quality and performance to exceed our customers expectations.

Requirements

• Technical knowledge of press brake equipment, tooling, and processes (Amada Equipment)
• Ability to read and interpret complex drawings
• 3 years of experience in precision sheet metal manufacturing
• Ability to read calipers and verify part quality
• High School diploma or G.E.D required
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Own tools required

Responsibilities

• Operate Amada press brakes
• Read blueprints and interpret complex drawings
• Perform bend deductions and flat pattern layout
• Execute bend sequencing and multiple setups
• Utilize knowledge of tooling, coining, and air bending
• Drive for continuous improvement in quality
• Meet demanding schedules
