About The Position

Seeking a reliable Press Brake Operator to set up and operate press brake equipment to form metal parts to specification. This role requires blueprint reading, tooling selection, quality inspection, and a strong focus on safety in a manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Prior manufacturing or machine operator experience
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work orders
• Knowledge of metal materials and fabrication processes
• Willingness to learn additional machinery as needed
• Strong attendance and safety record

Nice To Haves

• Press brake or metal fabrication experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and adjust press brake machinery
• Select appropriate tooling and dies based on material and job requirements
• Form metal parts to print using blueprints and work orders
• Inspect finished parts using calipers, gauges, and precision tools
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine machine maintenance
• Maintain production, scrap, and quality documentation
• Package finished parts and prepare materials for next production steps
• Assist with other fabrication equipment as trained
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
