About The Position

We are hiring an experienced Press Brake Operator to join our manufacturing team. This position requires prior hands-on experience with press brake setup and operation. Due to production demands, on-the-job training is not available for this role. This is not an entry-level position. Due to current production demands, candidates must be able to operate independently without training. Experience with Cincinnati Press Brake machines is a plus. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3–5 years of press brake operation experience with setup
  • Strong math skills
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Cincinnati Press Brake machines is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate press brake machines according to blueprints and job specifications
  • Adjust ram and back gauge locations per process control instructions
  • Perform complex programming using all features of the press brake
  • Monitor machines during operation to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality
  • Measure parts using micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, gauges, and other precision tools
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues
  • Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
  • Meet production deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned
