American Workforce Group has partnered with a well-established metal manufacturing and fabrication facility in Kent, WA looking for a Press Brake Operator! If you are motivated, qualified individual we would love to speak with you! Description for Press Brake Operator: Set up and operate CNC press brake for high tolerance, custom parts Calculate flat patterns, bend deducations, and bend allowances Select proper tooling material type, thickness and geometry Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings and CAD based design criteria Collaborate with CAD and Sales teams to support manufacturability and quoting Measure and inspect parts using tape measures, calipers, and precision tools Operate forklifts and overhead cranes Maintain quality standards within AS9100 requirements Details for Press Brake Operator: Pay: $26-$33 an hour Schedule: Monday through Friday Shift Hours: Swing Shift 2PM to 1030PM
Requirements
- 3+ years of CNC Press Brake experience
- Forklift and overhead crane experience (certification preferred)
- Experience selecting tooling independently
- Ability to work from complex drawings
