About The Position

The Press Brake Operator is responsible for setting up and operating sheet metal press brakes to produce high-quality products according to specifications. This role involves interpreting blueprints, adjusting machine settings, and ensuring the machine operates at full capacity while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements

• Manufacturing experience is required.
• Experience in setup, calibration, and operation of press brakes is required.
• Ability to read, interpret, and work from blueprints and specifications.
• Create and edit machine forming programs.
• Working knowledge of press brake tooling and commonly formed materials.
• Basic computer skills are necessary.
• Ability to work to a predetermined production schedule.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively.

Nice To Haves

• 1 year of manufacturing experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Setup and operate sheet metal press brakes.
