About The Position
OVERVIEW Cadrex is searching for a Press Brake Operator I to set-up and operate metal bending machines (Press Brake) in accordance with quality/quantity standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to management or designer Perform quality inspection/checks per quality documentation/control plan Maintain work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follows prescribed safety procedures Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to management or designer Perform quality inspection/checks per quality documentation/control plan (including documentation of results) Identify different types of material – Aluminum, 5000 series Aluminum, Steel, Stainless Steel, Paint Grip, Galvanneal, and Galvanized Uphold site efficiency standards Learn and demonstrate continuous improvement for site Safety and Quality standards and procedures Meet the standards of the site attendance policy Assist in other work areas as assigned

- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, blueprints, memos, and simple instructions
- Knowledge of basic business math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
