About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finisher to join our team. The Press Assistant will play a crucial role in the final stages of production, ensuring that products meet quality standards and are ready for delivery. This position requires a keen eye for detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education or experience
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to speak effectively and present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and other employees
Responsibilities
- Prepares next order for press
- Cleans press with Press Operator
- Sets up press with Press Operator
- Maintains supply inventory levels at presses
- Cleans pressroom
- Additional duties as directed by the Pressroom Supervisor
