Corporate Graphics Commercial is looking for energetic and quality driven team members to join our manufacturing team! We currently have an open position in our press department as a Press Assistant.

Work Authorization: To be considered for Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand.
• Regularly required to remain in a stationary position.
• Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials.
• Frequently required to move inside the facility.
• Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry).
• Ability to set adjustable mechanism to required tolerances
• Mathematical skills and attention to detail
• Basic mechanical ability
• Communication with operator

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate feeder end of press.
• Retrieve stock for jobs to be printed.
• Obtain stock and cut it to specifications when necessary.
• Keep press properly supplied of ink, chemicals, blankets, etc.
• Notify lead operator of low inventory of house inks or paper.
• Ensure that equipment is cleaned and maintained in proper working condition; notify lead operator of any concerns.
• Keep work area and equipment clean.
