About The Position

The purpose of this position is to handle, move and store materials in the warehouse and on the manufacturing floor. You will drive a forklift in the warehouse and throughout the plant. You will move materials from the warehouse to machine centers on the production floor. You will receive training throughout your employment. You will be expected to follow all BRC food safety rules throughout your employment.

Requirements

• Fork Truck driving experience
• High School diploma/GED
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklift, pallet jack, scissor lift, etc.
• Ability to follow all proper inventory control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Handle, move and store materials in the warehouse and on the manufacturing floor.
• Drive a forklift in the warehouse and throughout the plant.
• Move materials from the warehouse to machine centers on the production floor.
• Follow all BRC food safety rules.
• Follow all proper safety procedures and regulations, including wearing required protective gear and dispose of materials as required.
• Identify, transport, pack, remove and properly dispose of material.
• Physically move material along with using proper equipment to move product as required
• Interact with all warehouse, shop floor and office staff.
• Participate in counting inventory as needed in the warehouse
