About The Position

Working in forms and label print manufacturing plant the Warehouse/Press Assistant 2 is responsible for maintaining and providing various functions in the warehouse including but not limited to: Shredding printed documents, maintaining the cleanliness of the warehouse including, sweep floor and aisle throughout your scheduled shift. Inspect warehouse for unwrapped rolls, missing tappis, damaged rolls and stacking Check, fix and re-tape outer wraps if needed on rolls, relabeling, cutting down damage product Assist other warehouse personnel as needed to prioritize the receiving of shipments. Inspect paper rolls that are received to ensure accuracy of product being received as well as the condition not being damaged. Carton/Box making as needed Assist Press service personnel and Material handlers as needed. Ability to be a self-starter and work with limited supervision to complete required tasks on a daily basis Will train to operate a fork truck, clamp truck, and walker/ryder. Shift: 1st (Monday - Friday 7am to 3pm) Sign on Bonus: $1000

Requirements

  • Must be able to work in a team environment

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a printing environment preferred
  • Some experience in the operation of various hand tools preferred
