As a Press Assistant/Stacker Operator, you will: Perform all required safety inspections and operate equipment according to establish safe job procedures Set up machines for the next print run, monitor 2 stackers (machines that stack pages of a book), 2 industrial robots and 1 robotic palletizer. Assist team with machine printing functions as needed. Conduct quality checks frequently Conduct bi-weekly maintenance tasks as assigned Work in a team environment and cross-train with others. Requirements

  • Previous Manufacturing experience preferred
  • Ability to do basic math and computer knowledge
  • Interpersonal skills: Being cooperative and working well with others
  • Adaptability: willing and able to grasp new tasks and challenges
  • Ability to lift and carry 20 to 60 pounds; up to 80 pounds occasionally with assistance
  • Ability to stand for the entire duration of a 12- hour shift
