About The Position
The President of Wisconsin Brewing Company (WBC) is the chief executive responsible for leading the organization to achieve both short and long-term financial and non-financial goals. This role encompasses complete Profit and Loss (P&L) responsibilities, including annual budgeting, strategic planning, and team development, while managing approximately 50 employees at a 100,000 BBL brewery and beverage manufacturing facility.
