About The Position

As the President of TRSS, you will be responsible for developing and executing the strategic vision for the organization, overseeing a diverse team of approximately 350, and leading the TRSS Executive Leadership Team (ELT). You will partner with the TRSS Board of Directors and work closely with the ELT to cultivate relationships with clients through in-person meetings and market events. This includes identifying new executives of key government agencies to expand integrated opportunities and grow the federal business. You will also shape the company's overall strategy, oversee operations, and ensure the achievement of financial targets. Your contributions will include developing and growing the TRSS business through brand management, product development, pricing strategies, and new product development and services. You will propose, manage, and monitor annual revenue and profit targets, ensuring delivery to plan, and work closely with the TRSS Board of Directors to identify new growth areas, focusing on counter-threat finance and supply chain risk. Additionally, you will partner with the Federal Government team to build C-suite relationships with key government agencies, lead and develop the TRSS Executive Leadership Team, manage all third-party relationships, oversee all primary business functions, assume full P&L responsibility, and participate in strategic and operational planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree; Master's or MBA preferred.
  • 12+ years of experience within the government or with government customers.
  • Solid experience in an executive level position.
  • Deep understanding of the government contracting business.
  • Excellent public speaking skills.
  • Commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Analytic and decisive decision maker.
  • Ability to prioritize and communicate key objectives and tactics.
  • Action-oriented, entrepreneurial, flexible, and innovative approach to managing a business.
  • Ability to collaborate internally and with customers.
