About The Position
Houston Community College is currently seeking a President for the HCC Northeast College who will advance the institution's proud tradition of excellence in academics, student life, and community service. The President is the administrative leader of the college, reporting to the Chancellor, and works collegially with the Chancellor's Executive Council and the Presidents' Council in implementing policies, procedures, budgets, and ensuring that the District's strategic plan is achieved through the college's programs, services, and activities. The President will direct student-related programs, services, activities, and projects, and will have supervisory responsibilities on the development and management of multiple budgets in relation to the college departments. The role also involves leading the creation of a culture of innovation and entrepreneurial thinking, connecting closely with the college's employees, students, and community, and ensuring effective administration of the college.
