About The Position
KPMG and The PhD Project Board of Directors are currently seeking a Chief Executive Officer and President for The PhD Project. This position resides within KPMG but is 100% dedicated to leading The PhD Project, a $3M non-profit membership-based 501(c)(3) organization. The Chief Executive Officer and President will have a dual reporting line to both a KPMG leader and the Chair of The PhD Project Board of Directors. The role involves leading and overseeing all aspects of The PhD Project's operations, with a specific focus on promoting inclusiveness in higher education, particularly within the field of business PhDs. The CEO will develop and implement a strategic vision and plan to advance the organization's mission and goals, and lead the development and implementation of innovative programs and initiatives that promote diversity in higher education.
