As of the date on which this job advertisement is posted, the Company anticipates that the base hourly range for this role is $25/hour (undergrad) - $30/hour (rising senior). The Preservation team at April Housing is responsible for underwriting, developing, closing, and managing the construction of preservation and rehabilitation projects for one of the largest affordable housing portfolios in the country.
