About The Position

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Ability to evaluate information and identify root causes of issues.
• Develop effective solutions while meeting deadlines.
• Experience with multiple software applications is beneficial.
• Proficiency in Excel is encouraged and beneficial.
• Flexibility and willingness to learn about NFR and the property preservation industry.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask are necessary.
• Basic understanding of residential construction is helpful.
