About The Position

We’re looking for a talented and detail-oriented Presentation Designer to join our Marketing team. This person will play a key role in transforming complex ideas into visually compelling presentations that align with our brand and help tell a clear, concise story. You’ll work closely with stakeholders—from executives to marketing leads—to bring their vision to life in a polished, professional format. This role reports into our Manager of Production Design.
We are committed to a thriving in-office culture. This role requires that you be on-site at our office in San Mateo, CA 5 days a week.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in presentation design, graphic design, or visual communications
• Proficiency in Google Slides, Apple Keynote, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong communication and collaboration skills—you know how to ask the right questions and translate stakeholder input into actionable design decisions
• A critical thinker who understands how to structure information visually for clarity and impact
• Strong project management skills—you’re comfortable working across multiple projects and keeping everything on track
• Attention to detail, with an eye for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with marketing, sales, or executive teams
• Familiarity with motion graphics, Figma, or data visualization tools

Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-impact presentations for internal and external audiences, including sales decks, investor pitches, event keynotes, and training materials
• Translate verbal and written ideas into visual narratives that are both engaging and easy to understand
• Collaborate directly with presenters to clarify messaging and ensure their vision is reflected in the final product
• Apply brand guidelines while maintaining visual creativity and consistency across all materials
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while tracking deadlines, feedback, and asset needs
• Source, organize, and manage a variety of visual assets (icons, images, data visualizations, templates, etc.)
• Maintain and evolve internal presentation templates and toolkits
