About The Position

The Presentation Designer plays a crucial role in visualizing and designing presentations that effectively communicate complex ideas. This position requires a blend of artistic and production skills, focusing on creating high-quality visual materials for client presentations, case studies, and other visual content. The ideal candidate is collaborative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects while maintaining a strong focus on branding and design innovation.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of design studio or agency experience in graphic design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and experience.
• Expert level knowledge in PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides, InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Proficient with MS Office, Mac OS, and PC OS (Windows).
• Familiarity with simple video editing applications like iMovie and Quicktime Pro.
• Clear communication skills in both written and verbal forms.
• Self-motivated and flexible, with a service-oriented attitude.
• Excellent organization and time management skills; ability to prioritize workload and multi-task.
• Strong typography skills and a good sense of layout, familiar with grids and modular design.

Nice To Haves

• Graphic Design degree preferred but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of and experience with all major file types.
• Ability and desire to learn additional technical skills when asked.

Responsibilities

• Create presentation design layouts for a wide range of clients along with designing additional elements and comps as needed.
• Work closely with Creative, Multimedia and Digital Studios to prepare digital and physical presentation materials.
• Manage the overall look for presentation materials.
• Create content templates to be used by other team members and guide them on how to best utilize these templates.
• Polish existing presentations created by other team members.
• Incorporate animation and motion graphics as needed to enhance content.
• Transform complex ideas into easily digestible visuals.
• Manage and prioritize a workload of multiple projects from concept to completion.
• Create original design work across various projects including presentation, identity, print, digital, and advertising.
• Conceptualize compelling ideas and develop them into tangible design solutions, either in teams or individually.
