About The Position

Join PepsiCo as a Sales Relief Representative, a professional sales role that supports coverage for uncovered routes, territories, and geographies based on business needs. Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Must have a car to access multi-store locations.
  • Valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

  • Be the primary territory salesperson for all account types in the assigned geography.
  • Provide professional selling and drive revenue share and profit growth.
  • Manage sales in small format and low-volume accounts, including upselling and inventory management.
  • Drive incremental selling initiatives in large format accounts while collaborating with a team of Merchandisers.
  • Develop and motivate a team of Merchandisers on order submission and customer service excellence.
  • Monitor contract compliance and communicate product needs to Merchandisers.
  • Execute local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions.
  • Collaborate with Key Account Managers and Territory Sales Leads to target selling opportunities.
  • Ensure product availability, rotation, and appropriate pricing.
  • Work a flexible schedule that may include early mornings and weekends.
