About The Position

Mountain View Hospital is looking for a Registered Nurse to join our team! Works in collaboration with the interdisciplinary health care team to provide direct patient care to PCHC patients. Accountable for the provision of parenteral and enteral nursing services to clients in the infusion suite as well as in the home (Idaho Falls, Pocatello, surrounding communities). Must be able to function as a “working nurse” with a focus on providing quality patient care and adhering to the ridged standards of practice for an infusion center.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Currently licensed by the Idaho State Board of Nursing.
• Maintain current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide competent care for all age groups.
• Excellent clinical skills, including establishing IVs and knowledge of IV therapy.
• Ability to administer multiple drugs through various sites and central lines.
• Possess a valid Idaho driver's license and meet minimum automobile insurance requirements.
• Familiarity with infusion pumps and vital machines.
• Basic computer knowledge and skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
