The Patient Services Operations team sits at the heart of BlinkRx’s mission—supporting patients at a critical moment in their healthcare journey. We are seeking Prescription Care Specialists who are motivated by helping patients, curious about solving complex problems, and energized by working in a fast-paced, growing environment. In this role, you will support patients through their prescription journey while partnering closely with pharmaceutical programs. You’ll conduct targeted outbound outreach, guide patients through next steps, and help convert prescriptions into successful fills—balancing empathy, education, and results. This role is a great fit for candidates with sales, account management, customer success, or healthcare experience who enjoy owning outcomes and using data to improve performance.
