Requirements

  • Connecticut state license as a Pharmacy Technician required

  • 2+ years required; 3–5 years preferred as a Pharmacy Technician
  • High School Diploma or GED required.

Nice To Haves

  • National certification (CPhT) preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of transplant, hepatitis C, infectious disease (including HIV), and/or oncology is a plus!

Responsibilities

  • Deliver legendary care through custom medication management services.
  • Prevent and overcome quality gaps and access-obstacles that often prevent patients from healing.
  • Educate patients on how our pharmacy services enhance care and improve outcomes .
  • Grow the specialty pharmacy’s patient population through proactive engagement.
  • Ensure medication adherence with outbound check-ups and refill coordination.
  • Answer, resolve, and triage inbound inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
  • Assist with insurance issues, prior authorizations, and financial assistance programs.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to elevate patient care.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold the highest standards of integrity.
  • Manage data, document accurately, and support operational excellence.
  • Stay current through education, networking, and professional development.
