Requirements
- Teachers: CDA or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, 6–12 months relevant classroom experience
- Caregivers (Infant/Toddler): High school diploma, Infant/Toddler training (We can provide all required training), 12–24 months experience with children under 36 months
- Teacher Aides: No prior experience required, Training provided
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and reside in Hawai‘i (or have plans to relocate).
Responsibilities
- Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment for preschool‑aged children.
- Support social, emotional, language, and early academic development through play‑based, developmentally appropriate learning.
- Build strong, positive relationships with children and their families to support each child’s growth.
- Bring creativity, patience, and enthusiasm to a collaborative, child‑centered school culture.
