About The Position
As a Preschool Teacher at World of Fun Early Learning Center, you will play a crucial role in creating, managing, and participating in a variety of educational opportunities that foster both learning and fun for preschool-aged children. The position requires a commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and healthy environment that encourages positive self-image and supports the individuality and independence of each student. You will be responsible for conducting accurate and timely educational assessments, facilitating regular communication with parents and guardians, and actively participating in the teaching team through effective communication, collaboration, and curriculum planning. In this role, you will work closely with children to help them develop essential skills through engaging activities that balance educational content with play. You will also be expected to support the organizational mission, philosophies, values, goals, and policies, ensuring that these are communicated effectively to parents, guardians, and coworkers. Your ability to maintain a positive and organized classroom environment will be key to the success of your students and the overall learning experience at the center. The position is full-time, with hours typically from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm or 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday. You will be expected to bring your expertise in early childhood education to create a nurturing and stimulating environment for the children in your care.
