About The Position
Little Den Early Learning Center is a privately owned Child Care Center located in Morrison, CO, dedicated to creating a nurturing and supportive environment for children aged 3 to 12 years. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher who loves working with children and is eager to make a positive impact in their lives. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing a mixed-age group and will possess the qualities of nurturing, dependability, and flexibility. This full-time position requires a commitment to fostering a safe and engaging learning environment where children can thrive. As a Preschool Teacher, you will be responsible for developing and implementing lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students. You will lead classroom activities, ensuring that each child receives the attention and support they need to grow and learn. The role also involves maintaining a clean and organized classroom, communicating effectively with parents, and collaborating with other staff members to enhance the educational experience. Additionally, you may be required to drive a 15-passenger van for field trips, so a clean driving record is essential. We are looking for candidates who have experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting. Coursework or a degree in early childhood development or a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential is highly preferred. CPR and First Aid certifications are also required.
