About The Position
Caughlin Club Kidz is a Preschool Program located in the Caughlin Ranch area of Reno, NV, dedicated to providing quality care for children ages 6 weeks to kindergarten. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children and creating a nurturing learning environment for preschool-aged students. As a Preschool Teacher, you will be responsible for developing and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans that cater to the developmental needs of each child. You will provide a safe and supportive learning environment, ensuring that each child feels secure and valued. Monitoring and assessing student progress is a key part of your role, as is collaborating with parents to support each child's growth and development. You will also be expected to utilize effective behavior management techniques and incorporate early intervention strategies as needed. This position requires a commitment to fostering a positive and engaging atmosphere for children to learn and grow.
