About The Position

Join our team where you will make a tremendous impact on children's lives, one that can have a lasting impression! We are currently seeking an EEC certified Early Educator at our Gardner location. This individual will shape the classroom environment within agency guidelines by leading, coordinating, and making decisions to develop and maintain a quality early childhood program. This candidate will have taken Child Growth and Development at the College level and have a minimum of 9 months experience working with toddler or preschool children.
Requirements
- EEC certified Early Educator
- Child Growth and Development at the College level
- Minimum of 9 months experience working with toddler or preschool children
- Successfully completed EEC background check
Responsibilities
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of the children at all times, being alert for their needs as individuals and as a group
- Supporting the Lead Teacher in creating and implementing an exciting and enriching learning environment for children
- Share in the classroom decision-making, finding a mutually agreeable plan that is best for the children
