About The Position

We are thrilled to be opening our brand-new, state-of-the-art Celebree School in Sudbury, Massachusetts - and we’re looking for passionate Teachers to join our founding team! We are hiring Teachers for our Infant through Preschool classrooms. Classroom placement will be based on candidate preference, experience and current needs. Requirements

Must meet Massachusetts minimum education and experience requirements.
High School Diploma or GED is required; CDA, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
1+ year of professional experience teaching in child care, daycare, or preschool settings is preferred
CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
Background check required.
Ability to manage a classroom, including strong organizational, communication (verbal and written), and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge and understanding of the behavioral and developmental stages of children and knowledge of childcare licensing requirements
Dependable and a supportive team player

Responsibilities

Develop and implement creative and developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities that foster learning, curiosity, and exploration among preschool-aged children.
Create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive classroom atmosphere where preschoolers feel safe, valued, and encouraged to express themselves and learn through play.
Integrate language-rich activities, storytelling, and early literacy experiences into daily routines to help preschoolers develop communication skills, vocabulary, and a love of reading.
Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the classroom environment, including materials, equipment, and play areas, to support optimal learning and exploration.
Establish open and ongoing communication with parents, sharing insights, updates, and progress on their child's development.
