This position works specifically with a classroom of 2.9-year-old preschoolers â that magical in-between age where independence is emerging and big feelings meet big imagination. Requirements
- EEC Preschool Teacher Certification (preferred)
- One year of experience in a preschool, daycare, or early childhood education setting required
- Strong understanding of child development (ages 2.9â5)
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Passion for early childhood education and working with preschool-age children
- Ability to meet all Massachusetts EEC requirements
Responsibilities
- Support a preschool classroom of 2.9-year-olds in a structured, nurturing environment
- Implement developmentally appropriate curriculum aligned with Massachusetts EEC standards
- Support early literacy, social-emotional development, and kindergarten readiness
- Build strong, professional relationships with families
