About The Position
Kids 'R' Kids of Legacy West is hiring for personable, energetic staff members who desire a career in early childhood development! We are looking to fill the following positions: Two year old teacher: 11am to 6pm PreK teacher: 2pm to 6pm Substitutes/Floaters: classroom days and times will vary The minimum qualifications and responsibilities are as follows: A minimum of a high school diploma or GED Although past experience in a preschool is preferred, we will happily train new employees who wish a career in this field! Know and comply with Minimum Standards for child care centers Supervise children at all times Serve meals to children according to their schedule Interact with children in a way to promote positive connections Set appropriate behavior expectations based on the child's age Foster developmentally appropriate independence in children Be able to follow a pre-planned curriculum and incorporate your own ideas!
