About The Position
Where Happy Happens Here Every Day The Learning Experience in Rohnert Park is hiring an energetic and engaging Preschool Teacher to guide children through hands on learning in a fun structured and supportive classroom. This role supports school readiness social development and confidence building through play based learning.
Requirements
- Must meet California Community Care Licensing requirements including a minimum of 12 ECE or Child Development units.
- Experience in preschool or early childhood education preferred
- Positive reliable and enthusiastic teaching style
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Passion for helping children learn grow and reach milestones
Responsibilities
- Create a positive engaging and structured classroom environment
- Support social emotional cognitive and language development
- Implement age appropriate curriculum and classroom activities
- Maintain daily communication with parents and staff
- Encourage independence creativity and problem solving
- Maintain a clean organized and compliant classroom
- Follow TLE’s award winning LEAP Curriculum
