Requirements
- 1 year of teaching experience preferred
- Familiarity with implementing a preschool curriculum
- Current Food Handler’s Permit Required
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong classroom management skills
- Ability to support and guide children’s social and emotional development
- Dependable, positive, and team-oriented attitude
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons and activities
- Follow and implement the classroom curriculum
- Create a positive, structured, and engaging classroom environment
- Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom
- Communicate effectively with families and team members
- Follow all state licensing rules and center policies
