About The Position

The Learning Experience in Newbury Park is seeking a creative enthusiastic and dependable Preschool Teacher to support children as they explore learn and prepare for kindergarten. Requirements

Minimum twelve completed ECE units required
Ability to lift at least 25 pounds
Must meet state background check and health requirements
Positive energetic and reliable
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Team oriented and committed to child development

Nice To Haves

Experience working with preschool children preferred

Responsibilities

Create an engaging educational classroom environment for preschool aged children
Implement curriculum activities that support literacy math social emotional development and creativity
Build strong relationships with families and maintain open communication
Maintain daily routines and classroom structure
Monitor child development and share progress with families and leadership
Ensure compliance with state licensing and safety standards
