Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent (minimum)
45 hours Child Growth & Development
45 hours Preschool Curriculum (required for ages 2–5)
45 hours Infant–Toddler Certificate (required for ages 6 weeks–24 months)
At least 1 year of experience working with infants in a licensed childcare facility OR 30 college credits
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong knowledge of child development (social, emotional, intellectual)
Commitment to ongoing professional development
Physical ability to stand, bend, squat, dance, walk, run, reach, carry, and lift up to 50 lbs.
