Requirements

Active EEC certification and prior experience in a professional preschool setting.
A professional, positive, and energetic demeanor with a focus on student nurturing.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective parent engagement.
Demonstrated initiative, strong work ethic, and ability to manage classroom priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

Developing and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans for various developmental stages.
Documenting student progress through professional portfolios, displays, and photography.
Maintaining proactive and professional daily communication with parents and guardians.
Establishing a safe, organized, and engaging classroom environment.
Collaborating with the teaching team to ensure full compliance with childcare licensing regulations.
