About The Position
The Learning Experience – Gaithersburg is seeking a Preschool Teacher to support children as they prepare for kindergarten through structured learning experiences that build confidence, independence, and early academic foundations.
Requirements
- Preschool qualified under Maryland childcare regulations
- Prior preschool classroom experience preferred
- Strong classroom leadership and organization skills
- Collaborative and dependable approach to teaching
Responsibilities
- Implement daily classroom activities supporting school readiness
- Guide children through learning centers and group instruction
- Support early literacy, math readiness, and social development
- Maintain a structured and engaging classroom environment
- Communicate regularly with families regarding progress
- Follow Maryland licensing and safety requirements
