Requirements

A heart full of love for children and a deep belief in the power of early education
At least 6 months of professional teaching experience (1+ year preferred)
An Associate’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field
A commitment to creating a safe, inclusive, and joyful learning environment

Responsibilities

Create a warm, engaging classroom where children feel safe, inspired, and excited to learn
Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum® tailored to Infants, Toddlers, or Preschoolers
Foster emotional and academic growth through play-based learning and a growth mindset
Build strong relationships with families, sharing milestones and magical moments
Collaborate with center leadership to support enrollment and engagement goals
Be a joyful teammate, bringing creativity, care, and connection to every interaction
Design thoughtful lesson plans that reflect your passion and expertise
