Requirements

• College students pursuing early childhood education, education, psychology, or related fields
• Teacher assistants or aides ready to grow into lead roles
• Experienced preschool teachers looking for a positive, well-organized workplace
• Candidates with at least 1 year of childcare or classroom experience (preferred, not required for students)

Responsibilities

• Support and lead age-appropriate, hands-on learning activities
• Help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom
• Teach early skills like letters, numbers, colors, and shapes through play
• Assist with classroom routines, transitions, and behavior guidance
• Observe children’s development and support their social and emotional growth
