About The Position

The Learning Experience – Ramsey is seeking a caring and dependable Preschool Teacher to join their early childhood education team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with preschool-aged children in a structured, play-based learning environment that supports school readiness and social development. Our preschool classrooms focus on building confidence, independence, and early academic skills through hands-on learning, consistent routines, and positive guidance. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Reliable, nurturing, and team-oriented
Ability to meet all New Jersey childcare licensing and background requirements

Nice To Haves

Prior childcare or preschool experience preferred

Responsibilities

Support daily classroom activities in a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment
Implement age-appropriate lessons and routines aligned with The Learning Experience curriculum
Guide children through daily transitions, learning centers, meals, and rest time
Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development through play and structured activities
Maintain a clean, organized classroom that meets health and safety standards
Communicate professionally with families and teaching team members
Follow all state licensing requirements and center policies
