About The Position

Nice To Haves
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Experience working with preschool-aged children (ages 3–5) preferred
- Strong understanding of child development and early learning best practices
- Ability to create engaging, structured, and developmentally appropriate lessons
- Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to supporting the mission and values of Catholic education
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for 3- and 4-year-old students
- Foster a safe, nurturing, and structured classroom environment
- Support the development of early literacy, numeracy, and social-emotional skills
- Incorporate play-based and hands-on learning experiences
- Maintain clear communication with parents regarding student progress and development
- Integrate Catholic teachings, prayer, and values into daily routines
- Collaborate with administration and colleagues to support school-wide goals
