About The Position

The Learning Experience – Jenison is looking for a caring and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to join our team. This role is perfect for an educator who enjoys helping children build confidence, independence, and a love of learning while preparing them for kindergarten.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience in a preschool, childcare, or early learning setting preferred
• Must meet Michigan state licensing requirements
• Dependable, positive, and passionate about working with young children

Nice To Haves

• ECE coursework or degree is a plus

Responsibilities

• Create a positive, structured, and engaging preschool classroom environment
• Plan and carry out developmentally appropriate activities using our L.E.A.P. curriculum
• Support children’s social, emotional, and early academic development
• Observe and document progress and milestones
• Communicate regularly with families about classroom activities and student progress
• Work closely with your teaching team and leadership to maintain high standards of care and education
