About The Position
Join Sonnet Montessori in Prior Lake, MN, as a Children's House Lead Guide/Teacher and become part of a vibrant community dedicated to nurturing young minds. In this role, you will assist in guiding children's activities, ensuring individualized attention, and fostering independence among children aged 1 to 6 years. You will work closely with a co-lead teacher to plan and execute educational activities, including lessons, exercises, and classroom materials, while collaborating with fellow educators to maintain a peaceful classroom atmosphere. Your responsibilities will also include ensuring the safety and well-being of the children during daily routines, such as meals, naptime, and outdoor play, all while maintaining a nurturing and supportive atmosphere.
