About The Position

O2B Kids, established in Gainesville, FL in 1998, is expanding its early childhood education services across the country. The company is opening two new schools in Sioux Falls, SD (Cliff Avenue and Tea Ellis Road) in early 2026 and is seeking enthusiastic, caring, and creative individuals to fill various classroom and administrative positions. The hiring process will involve Zoom interviews initially, followed by in-person interviews closer to the opening date. Requirements

Experience working with children 0-13 years-old (willing to train)
CPR/First Aid (willing to train)

Nice To Haves

CDA or early childhood education degree

Responsibilities

Work Monday - Friday for full time employment
Execute lesson plans and curriculum
Maintain licensing requirements
Complete required assessments and observations
Talk to parents and help meet their needs
Maintain cleanliness in the classroom
