About The Position

The Early Interventionist position at Niños Del Cielo, Inc. involves providing in-home and remote sessions to infants and toddlers with developmental disabilities. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Child Development, Early Childhood, Human Development, Psychology, SLP-A, Social Work, or related field.
• Valid CA Driver License and valid auto insurance.
• Daily access to a computer with internet access and a smartphone.
• Good communication skills, time management, and organizational skills required.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus but not required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in child care, teaching, or related fields such as special education or early intervention.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and remote sessions to infants/toddlers with developmental disabilities.
• Regularly monitor the progress of the infant/toddler through observations.
• Complete quarterly evaluations on infants/toddlers.
• Maintain open communication with supervisors and the Director.
• Keep a daily log of sessions completed, signed by parents at the end of each session.
• Build and maintain relationships with families.
• Ensure confidentiality of all client information.
