About The Position

Kids Connection, part of the Cadence Education family, is looking for a vibrant Preschool Teacher to join our team in Mukwonago, WI. This role is perfect for those who are passionate about nurturing young hearts and sparking lifelong learning. As a Preschool Teacher, you will create a warm and inviting space for children to explore, learn, and grow, while collaborating with fellow teachers to deliver a fun, age-appropriate curriculum. You will also share daily milestones with parents, guide play, and model kindness and social skills. This position offers the opportunity to start immediately and make every day an adventure for preschoolers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• Minimum 6 months' experience as a preschool teacher or in a licensed daycare.
• Flexible and ready to shine during business hours.

Nice To Haves

• Child Development Associate (CDA) or college degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field.
