Requirements

At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
Completion of MODS (Introductory Child Care Training, Part 1 & 2) is required.
A team player who works well with others and is able to engage with children both indoors and outdoors for extended periods.
Available to work Monday through Friday.
Pre-employment drug test and Level 2 background screening required.
Level 2 background clearance through DCF (Florida) required.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with preschool-aged children is a plus.

Responsibilities

Work alongside Preschool Teachers to provide an enriching experience for children in the classroom.
Help implement the curriculum in a way that promotes creativity and learning.
Lead and facilitate interactive activities like games, arts and crafts, music, and storytelling to foster children's physical, social-emotional, and cognitive development.
Support positive behavior by setting clear and consistent rules.
Supervise meal times, outdoor play, and free play, ensuring the children's safety and well-being.
