About The Position
Are you passionate about young students and interested in learning more and exploring a career in Montessori education? Our Summer Camp Counselor position is the perfect opportunity to guide students in meaningful work, while helping to provide a prepared environment that facilitates student-led learning and freedom with responsibility. Aspects of the role include: * Modeling positive behaviors and kindness for children * Supporting group time and outdoor play * Facilitating smooth transitions throughout the day * Preparing engaging learning materials * Helping children with independence milestones * Supporting language development, social and emotional learning, and executive functioning skills * Making the learning environment a lovely and inviting place to be
