About The Position
Spring Education Group’s Early Childhood Education Division includes nearly 150 schools offering services from infant care through Pre-K/K programs, as well as summer camp and after-school programs. Our locations span a nationwide geographic footprint and a diverse array of pedagogical approaches — including our proprietary Links to Learning curriculum that draws from the collective expertise of renowned early-age educators such as Dewey, Piaget and Vygotsky; Montessori schools that embrace both accredited Montessori methods – AMI (Association Montessori Internationale) and AMS (American Montessori Society); and progressive language immersion programs in Mandarin and Spanish. Merryhill Preschool is seeking qualified Preschool SubstituteTeachers to support our Infant, Toddler, and Preschool programs. We are looking for energetic and dedicated individuals who want to make a lasting difference in the lives of children every day. As a teacher, you’ll have the opportunity to: Design and implement interactive, age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth. Work collaboratively with co-teachers and school leaders to ensure an exceptional learning experience.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old and have one of the following: 2 years of experience working in a licensed childcare facility
- an awarded CDA in Infant Toddler or Preschool
- A nurturing personality with patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with babies.
- Authorization to work in the United States
